Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 chocolate cookies
    3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    24 marshmallows
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 oz. creme de menthe
    1 1/2 oz. creme de cacao
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Prepare chocolate cookie crust and melted butter.
    Press into a 9-inch pan.
    Save a little for a garnish for the top.
    Bake crust for 5 minutes at 350\u00b0; cool.
    Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler with milk.
    Cool until lukewarm.
    Add creme de menthe and cacao.
    Whip heavy cream until thick; add and fold into marshmallow mixture.
    Fill pie shell and chill.
    Add crumb topping for garnish.
