Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine, add brown sugar and cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk, continue to cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat; cool.
    Add confectioners sugar until of right consistency to spread.
