Cinnamon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. red hots
    boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    2 c. applesauce
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Pour red hots into a 1 cup measuring cup.
    Add boiling water to make 1 cup, dissolving red hots.
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add cold water, red hot mixture and applesauce. Pour into mold; chill.
