Chicken And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. capers
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, green onions and capers.
    Mix in salt and lemon juice and chill for several hours.
    Before serving, add oranges (reserve a few for garnish), pineapple and almonds.
