Pasta With Scallops And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. bay scallops
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. white wine (optional)
shrimp (optional)
scallions, chopped (optional)
fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb. linguini
red pepper (optional)
Preparation

Cut broccoli into florets 1/2-inch long, stalks into coin slices.
Blanch in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
Drain well; refresh under cold water and set aside.
