Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 diced green pepper
    1 medium diced onion
    16 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    approximately 12 lasagna noodles
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    pepper to taste
    1 spoon oil
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and sausage, drain well.
    Add peppers, onions and mushrooms and saute.
    Combine tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, tomato puree and spices.
    Add to hamburger mixture and simmer several hours.
