Pam'S Brunch Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. water
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted oleo
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into a greased oblong baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or more (until done).
    Let stand a few minutes before cutting to serve.
