Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples (unpeeled), cut into small pieces
Preparation

Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to first mixture.
Add apples and nuts.
Mix well.
Bake in greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch for 35 minutes or Bundt for 1 hour and 15 minutes) at 350\u00b0.
