Bok Choy With Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 lb. bok choy, cut about 2-inches long (with younger stalks)
1 tsp. cornstarch
salt to taste
4 Tbsp. oyster sauce
Preparation

Boil water with sugar, salt, cornstarch and cooking oil, stirring until the sauce is a little thick.
Add oyster sauce. Blanch bok choy.
When it turns green, drain and put on a platter. Pour the sauce over the bok choy.
