Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    8 large cabbage leaves
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves, let stand for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Season meat.
    Add onion, rice and eggs.
    Roll a portion of filling into each leaf.
    Fasten ends with toothpicks. Place the cabbage rolls on rack.
    Pour tomato soup and water over cabbage roll.
    Cover and cook.
