Pecan Pie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center of mixture.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Stir together eggs and butter; add to dry ingredients.
    Place foil baking cup (remove paper liners) in muffin pans and coat with cooking spray.
    Spoon batter into cups, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from pans immediately and cool on wire rack.
