Orange Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. orange juice
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    Tropical Cheese Spread (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 12 ingredients in large mixing bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.
    Beat at high speed 3 minutes.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans and let cool completely on wire racks.
