Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeled and seeds removed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped raisins
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 small loaf pans.
    Pour equal amounts in each and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
