Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked, boned and cut in bite size pieces
    2 (5 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 stick oleo
    1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can small English peas, drained
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in 1 stick oleo; add broth and tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
    Stir and break up tomatoes.
    Add diced cheese, peas and chicken.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
    Cook noodles in chicken broth.
    Mix noodles and sauce.
    Place in large baking dish; bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
