Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. long grain rice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain water from broccoli. Cook rice. (I cook the rice in 2 cups water; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.) Drain the water from the rice if necessary. Saute the onion in butter in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add all ingredients to the onions. Cook until cheese is bubbly on top. (I like to cook mine at 300\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes.)
