Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. Pumpkin Puree
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Blend in nutmeg, salt, pumpkin and water.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Gradually stir into pumpkin mixture and blend well.
Fold in raisins.
Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
