Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham crackers
2 large boxes instant French vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 can chocolate frosting
Preparation

Layer graham crackers in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix pudding according to directions on box.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour over graham crackers, then another layer of grahams.
Warm icing to pouring stage.
Pour over top of graham crackers.
Cool until ready to serve.
