Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices sandwich bread
    6 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove crust and spread mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Cut bread into cubes.
    Place in a buttered 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread cubes. Spread cheese on top.
    Let stand at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
