Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 egg
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix together onion, bread crumbs, spices, egg and 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce.
    Add meat and cheeses; mix well.
    Pour mixture into large meat loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add remaining tomato sauce and bake an additional 15 minutes.
