Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green onions
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. cooked pork, cut into 2-inch slices
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. thinly sliced tomato
    1 c. consomme
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
    cornstarch (optional)
Preparation
    Stir-fry celery and onions in oil in large skillet for 3 minutes.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato and consomme.
    Stir in remaining seasonings.
    Thicken with cornstarch, if desired.
