Swiss Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. cubed steak
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 Tbsp. catsup
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Flour steak and brown in hot oil.
Place steak in long casserole dish.
Separate onion into rings and place on top of steak.
Top with tomatoes.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meats.
Cover with foil and cook on 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover the last 15 minutes to cook down to a thick sauce.
Has a delicious smoked flavor!
