Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed.
Add vanilla.
Measure flour by dipping, then leveling.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drop by teaspoon into confectioners sugar.
Roll in sugar; shape into balls.
Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Makes 6 dozen.
