Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 large bananas, ripe and mashed
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch (loaf) pan or 2-quart round casserole dish.
Mix sugar, mashed bananas, oil and eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
(Bake until pick comes out clean.)
Makes 1 loaf.
