Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. flour
chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar together.\tAdd
egg
yolk\tand mix. Stir flour in and make little
balls.
Roll in beaten egg white and chopped nuts.
Spoon
onto\tcookie\tsheet.\tInsert\tfinger print on top.
Bake 5 minutes
and
press
again.
Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and
fill indentation with jelly.\tBake at 350\u00b0. Makes 45 cookies.
Do not grease cookie sheet.
