Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fruit sweetened fudge sauce
1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
3 Tbsp. finely ground almonds
2 Tbsp. almond flavoring or Amaretto
Preparation

In medium bowl combine ingredients and cream until smooth. Roll into walnut size balls.
Into a 1/2 cup of finely ground almonds roll each truffle.
Chill.
