Dutch Baby Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well in blender.
    Coat 6-inch cast iron skillet with 2 tablespoons melted margarine (may use a nonstick frypan with handle covered with foil).
    Pour egg mixture into pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cut in wedges.
    Serve hot sprinkled
    with confectioners sugar or with maple syrup.
    Serves 2 to 3.
