Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together sugar, oil and vanilla.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add zucchini.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to mixture and mix well.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in greased and floured pans at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 1 hour, depending on size pans.
