No-Bake Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
4 Tbsp. soft butter (or melt)
1/4 lb. grated American cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend together cocoa, butter and cheese.
Mix well and add sugar, nuts and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly and shape into long rolls.
Put in waxed paper and let set.
When ready to serve, slice into 1/4-inch pieces.
Makes 18 to 24 servings.
