Petite Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs or egg substitute
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation

Mix eggs; then add other ingredients.
Place one vanilla wafer in each paper cupcake liner; place liners in muffin pans.
Pour mixture on top of each wafer (3/4 full).
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove paper cup liners and freeze.
Freezes well.
