Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 grated carrot
Preparation
    Clean and steam diced squash.
    Drain. Combine and mix all ingredients.
    Bake in greased dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
