Mojarras O Truchas Al Mojo De Ajo(Fish In Garlic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 perch or trout
    3 or 4 cloves garlic
    2 lemons
    salt and pepper
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    2 avocados, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Wash fish.
    Peel garlic and put in blender with juice from the lemons, salt and pepper.
    Liquefy and pour over the fish.
    Marinate one hour.
    Meanwhile, cut tomato, avocado and onion.
    Season with salt and pepper and toss to have ready to serve with fish.
    Fry fish and serve.
    Serves 6.
