Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs; add fruit cocktail, sugar, flour, soda and salt. Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and nut mixture over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
