Barbecue Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chile sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix together sausage, egg and bread crumbs.
    Form into balls. Melt butter in a frying pan and brown meatballs.
    While browning, mix together in a separate bowl chile sauce, garlic salt, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Pour over meatballs and let simmer. You may pour butter off meatballs before adding sauce mixture if you wish.
