Quick Dark Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Mazola no-stick cooking spray
    1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
    In a 2-quart saucepan, stir corn syrup and milk.
    Add chocolate, stirring constantly.
    Cook over medium-low heat, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla and sugar with wooden spoon. Beat until smooth and glossy.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in pan.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Makes 25 (1 1/2-inch) squares.
