Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (fresh), washed and cleaned
    2 lb. fresh carrots, chopped
    1 c. stock celery, chopped
    1 small Spanish onion, chopped
    5 to 6 chicken bouillon cubes
    tap water
Preparation
    Use big soup kettle.
    Put chicken in pot and fill pot with water 3/4 full.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cover and boil until chicken is tender or pulls away from bone.
    Add carrots last 1/2 hour.
    When carrots are tender, bone chicken and put chicken back in soup.
    Add egg noodles or rice as desired.
