Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. frozen sliced carrots, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Layer cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
    Cube a small package Velveeta cheese and place between each layer.
    Crush 1 stack Ritz crackers and layer on top.
    Melt 1 stick butter and pour over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
