Cafe Au Lait Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk, divided
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine gelatin, sugar, coffee and salt in a 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
    Stir in 1 cup milk.
    Place over low heat; stir constantly until gelatin dissolves, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in remaining 1 cup of milk.
    Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Turn into a 4-cup mold or individual serving dishes.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold.
