Nacho Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (plain or Mexican)
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) green chillies
tortilla chips
Preparation
-
Brown
and
drain hamburger.
Place Velveeta, Mozzarella and Cheddar
cheese
(shredded)
in
4-quart crock-pot on low. Dice onion and green pepper.
Drain tomatoes and green chillies and dice finely.
Place
hamburger,
onion, green pepper, tomatoes and green chillies
in
crock-pot
with the cheese and add garlic salt to taste.
Let
cook
for
about 1/4 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot over tortilla chips.
