Easy Scratch Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together 3 times.
Add shortening.
Mix with a fork, then add milk.
Stir until mixture follows fork.
Scrape out onto floured surface.
Flour all sides and pat into circle the thickness you desire.
Cut out with biscuit cutter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Biscuits will be light and fluffy.
