Cranberry Slush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cranberries (12 oz. pkg.)
1 7/8 c. sugar
2 2/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Wash berries.
Boil sugar, water and salt for 5 minutes.
Add cranberries and cook over low heat until berries become soft (about 10 minutes).
Rub through a sieve and chill.
Pour into tray and freeze about 2 hours.
Remove, stir and serve.
