Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
    egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and stir.
    Add milk gradually. Cook and stir until sauce begins to thicken.
    Beat egg yolks; add to sauce.
    (Add a little hot sauce to eggs and beat before adding to sauce.
    Cook another minute to thicken.)
    Add salt and nutmeg. Add all to tuna in baking dish.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Add celery, mushrooms or lemon juice to tuna, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
