Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar apricot preserves
    1 jar French dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
Preparation
    Mix apricot, French dressing, onion soup mix and chicken in bowl.
    Marinate overnight.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered, 1/2 hour, uncovered.
    Serve over rice and enjoy.
