Preacher'S Shrimp Pasta Bruscato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, pressed
3 Tbsp. ground Romano cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 large white onion, coarsely chopped
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb.)
2 lb. peeled shrimp (raw)
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. fennel seed
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. coarsely chopped black olives
Preparation

Sauce:
Heat olive oil in pan and saute garlic, bell pepper and onion until wilted.
Add fennel seed, oregano and margarine. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add shrimp, 1/2 whole and 1/2 chopped, in order to distribute the flavor.
Stir gently until shrimp turn pink (approximately 10 minutes).
Add heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste and simmer 5 more minutes.
