Cajun Catfish With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced green bell peppers
    1/2 c. minced celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. catfish, cut into nuggets
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
    Combine water, rice, salt and all 3 peppers in a 3-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
