Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. peeled, grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped raisins
Preparation

Cream together sugar, oil and zucchini; add egg and mix well. Mix dry ingredients, then add to cream mixture.
Add raisins and nuts.
Stir through.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
