Heavenly Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

40 graham cracker crumbs
1 c. plus 8 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted butter
22 oz. cream cheese
2 (1 pt.) sour cream
2 (1 tsp.) vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon rind
1 can your favorite fruit pie filling (optional 2nd toppings; spread on top of cake, I prefer lemon and blueberry)

Preparation

Crust:
Combine graham crackers, 4 tablespoons sugar and melted butter.
Pat firmly against bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
