Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. all beef stew meat
3 tsp. salt
1 medium green pepper, quartered
1 small bottle catsup
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. pepper
2 medium onions, quartered
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Boil meat, 3 teaspoons salt, pepper, green pepper and onion in enough water to cover until tender. Drain well.
Set broth aside. Put both meat and vegetables through coarsest blade of meat chopper. Add Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salt, Tabasco sauce and chili powder.
Mix well.
