Cherry Foursome Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Whipping Cream
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Dash of Salt
1 c. Sour Cream
1 can (2 1/2 c.) Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

Whip cream with sugar, vanilla and salt.
Fold in sour cream. Alternate layers of cherry filling and whipped cream mixture in parfait or sherbet glasses beginning with a red layer and ending with a white one.
Top each with a single cherry.
Chill until serving time.
Makes 8 Servings.
