Pizza Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. bran flakes cereal, crushed
    1 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. water
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    2 3/4 c. (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced tomatoes
    3/4 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 14-inch round pizza pan or a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; set aside.
