Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    You will need 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Mix oil and sugar; add eggs, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix flour with other dry ingredients.
    Add together with pecans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
